I need a product designer who can turn a clinical idea from my speech-pathology practice into a simple, safe, and truly useful 3D-printed tool. Here is how I see the workflow: 1. Discovery • Meet with me online, hear the specific task I’m trying to solve, and talk thorough the concept. • Translate those clinical insights into clear design specs—above all, the device must be easy to handle and use for speech pathologists during sessions. 2. Concept & Prototype • Produce an initial CAD model (STEP or similar) plus print-ready STL files that work on a standard FDM printer. • Optimise wall thicknesses, rounded edges, and tolerances so it prints reliably without support wherever possible. • I will print and trial the prototype in real sessions, gathering usability notes and wear-and-tear feedback. 3. Iteration & Final Files • Refine the geometry based on that field feedback, improving durability and ergonomics. • Deliver the updated master CAD along with labelled STL files ready for future prints. Acceptance criteria • Prints cleanly on a Bambi P1S • No sharp edges; all patient-contact surfaces have ≥1.5 mm fillets. • Full assembly (if any) completed in under a few minutes by a clinician using only their hands—no tools. • Final files open without errors in Bambu software. If you are comfortable and creative and feel you are able to support, let’s create this together.

Sir: Your needs are very clear. I use PTC/Creo. I have been doing product design since 2008. I have designed many products and opened molds to complete production and assembly. I have rich design knowledge in mold molding and 3D printing design. Because in the early stage of product development, I need to confirm the prototype assembly through 3D printing before preparing to communicate with the mold processing factory for DFM. Confirm the injection gate position, uniform wall thickness, mold flow analysis, parting line position, etc. The plastic material needs to be determined during product development, because different materials cannot be injected with the same mold. I can respond to your instructions quickly and ensure that the task is completed within the specified time limit. Because all these tasks are completed by me alone. I hope to cooperate with you and serve you. I hope to get your response

With my extensive background in 3D design and printing, coupled with my proficiency in software like Bambu Studio, I am a strong contender for your project. My speciality lies in converting ideas into pragmatic and highly functional physical models across various industry verticals - game-ready assets, architectural models, etc. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and centered around customer satisfaction. We'll begin by conducting a thorough 'discovery' phase to truly understand your needs as a clinician and translate that into precise design specs. The resulting CAD model will be optimized keeping in mind your printer's capability, ensuring clean prints with rounded edges and suitable tolerances for easy use by any clinician. Understanding the iterative nature of this project, I value your participation in real-time trials to gauge usability notes and wear-and-tear feedback. Based on these insights we can fine-tune the geometry for improved ergonomics and durability. What you will receive from me at the end is not just an updated master CAD but also a labeled STL файловe ready for further prints; all openable without errors in Bambu software. In summary, I believe I possess both the technical acumen and creative outlook necessary to realize your vision for a safe, user-friendly 3D-printed speech therapy aid that aligns perfectly with the requirements outlined. Let's put our minds together to build something that brings ease and effectiveness to therapy sessions
