AutoCAD Furniture Layout & BOQ

I need my dining and living rooms fully laid out in AutoCAD, respecting the modern style I’ve chosen. Every piece must be drafted to real-world scale, with dimensions and text units exactly as I specify once we start. Dining room items to draw: • Dining table with chairs • Buffet / sideboard • Carpet Living room items to draw: • Sofa and armchairs • Coffee table • Entertainment unit • Decorative plants When the drawing is complete, export the clean, well-layered DWG and prepare a separate Bill of Quantities that lists each furniture element, its final dimensions, and a brief description. I’ll use that BOQ for purchasing, so accuracy is critical. Deliverables 1. Native AutoCAD (.dwg) file with organised layers and clear dimensioning 2.
