Gridley add on

Job Description:

Hello my husband and I are purchasing a cute tiny bungalow and we want to add a two story add on.

See picture the red and yellow is where we want to add on. If the power is in way we will have it moved.

Master suite down stairs with a large walk in closet and a master bathroom. The second floor add one large room.

Nothing but contractor grade everything. Over time we will add the fancy stuff.
