Production of 6 x document sets (3D and 2D) which must be 100% accurate and suitable for authorities for development approval as follows: 1. 3D SKETCHUP MODEL Production of 3D SketchUp model of proposed project over two adjacent properties, consisting of alterations and additions to an existing house, plus a new pool house and pool on the adjacent property. You will be provided with a completed 3D SketchUp model file of the existing sites and buildings, and also the 3D SketchUp model file that has been partially started for the proposed development which you will complete. Please find attached a pdf of the current drawing set (still being edited but nearly complete) which shows the proposed development. AutoCAD files will be provided (plans, elevations, sections). 2. HEIGHT BLANKET DIAGRAM Production of a height blanket image using the 3D models and projecting a 9.5m plane above the existing natural ground line of the site, and indicating any areas o the proposed buiidngs that are higher than the 9.5m blanket. Please find a reference example of a height blanket diagram image attached. 3. EXCAVATION VOLUME DIAGRAM Production of an excavation volume diagram image using the 3D model + AutoCAD files. Please find a reference example of an excavation volume diagram sheet attached. 4. SOLAR DIAGRAMS Production of Solar Digrams at 9am, 12noon, and 3pm for the correct Sydney Australia location, using the 3D model via the following method: a. Trace the existing shadows of the existing 2xhouses+fences, and transfer onto the AutoCAD site plan for 9am, noon and 3pm. b. Solid hatch these existing shadows in grey. c. Trace the proposed shadows of the proposed development, and transfer onto the same AutoCAD site plan for 9am, noon and 3pm. d. Solid hatch any additional shadows cast by the proposed to the existing shadows in blue. e. Hatch areas of any reduction of shadows in a red net hatch (erasing the existing shadow hatch in those areas). Please find a reference example of solar diagrams attached. 5. WHITE CARD RENDERS Production of five white card renders taken from five chosen views from the proposed 3D SketchUp model that you have completed. Please find reference examples of such images attached. 6. PHOTOMONTAGE RENDER Production of one street view photomontage render of the proposed development. You will be provided with a photograph taken from the angle that we want this generated from to use as a base. Please find a reference example photomontage attached. Please only put forward a quote if you are 100% sure that you are capable of producing 100% accurate documents. Thankyou!
