I’m preparing a university urban-planning assignment and I need a seasoned 3D designer with a solid grasp of architectural principles to turn my sketches and site data into a cohesive digital model. Scope The brief centres on a mixed-use district, but for this submission I have to highlight the parks and recreation areas: green corridors, plazas, playgrounds and any supporting landscape features. Path layouts, levels, furnishings and planting zones should all read clearly in the model so I can extract both aerial and eye-level views for my report. Software Rhino is mandatory because I’ll be editing the file afterwards (.3dm format). If you prefer to rough-out massing in SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD first, that’s fine—just deliver the final geometry in clean, well-layered Rhino format.
