Hi there, I feel your pain with the Snapmaker Artisan—extrusion issues can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you've already tried the usual fixes and nothing seems to work. I've worked with quite a few 3D printers over the years, including the Artisan, so I'm confident I can help you get this sorted out. For the extrusion issue, my approach would be to run through a systematic diagnostic process. Based on what I know about the Artisan's dual extrusion module, filament feeding problems typically come down to a few key areas: a clog somewhere in the hot end or nozzle, mechanical issues with the extruder gears, or even a loose metal guide tube inside the extruder assembly. What I'd do first is check the extruder gears themselves. These can get packed with filament shavings over time, which stops them from gripping the filament properly. It's actually recommended to clean them every couple of weeks with a small brush, so that's always my starting point. I'd also want to take a close look at the hot end and nozzle to rule out any partial clogs that aren't obvious at first glance. What days or times generally work for you?
