Hi Demetri D., Last week I did a very similar full archviz package and I’m confident I can handle this really well. Toolset I prefer: 3ds Max + Corona Renderer (Forest Pack for landscaping). I can also deliver clean Blender or SketchUp scenes if you need. I will deliver: native scene with tidy layers, 4x exterior + 4x interior 4K renders, and a fully packaged textures/HDRI/proxy folder. Geometry will stay optimised for close‑ups, materials will match your refs, and both day/night lighting will be balanced and clean at 4K. i would like to know the below. - What source will you provide (DWG/DXF/Revit) and confirmed units + true north, so sun and shadows are accurate? - Do you have fixed camera angles and furnishing/landscape refs, or should I propose them from the mood board? I think we should. - Use instanced proxies and layered vegetation to keep memory light and speeds high. - Lock a shared material ID map and ACES color workflow to ensure exact material matching across day/night sets. Lets follow a plan like this. - I review CAD, mood, set units/layers, and build a clean base model. - I block cameras and share quick clay and color previews to lock views. - I create PBR materials from your refs and refine lighting rigs (HDRI+Sun). - I furnish interiors and landscape exteriors using proxies. - I run test renders, fix artefacts, optimise UVs and geometry
