High-Rise Exterior 3D Renders

I already have a fully organised SketchUp model of a new high-rise and now need it transformed into a set of striking marketing images. You’ll be working only on exterior shots; I’m looking for six to seven unique camera angles that show the tower’s form and street presence convincingly. Please produce a balanced mix of lighting moods so the building feels alive throughout the day: 1) bright daytime clarity 2) a warm evening glow as the sun drops, 3) a dramatic night scene with interior lights on. Whichever renderer, CORONA RENDERER or a similar engine, is fine as long as the result is photorealistic and matches the geometry I supply. I’ll pass you the SketchUp file immediately after we start so you can set up materials, entourage, and context. Deliverables • 6–7 high-resolution JPEG renders (minimum 3840 px on the long side) • Daytime, evening and night variants clearly labelled • The scene or project file with textures and lighting intact for future edits Let me know your estimated turnaround once you’ve seen the model.
