Database project for an employment site

Need a database that require password protection and are for an student employment (job site) that will be database driven...for example, job search, resume seach. The web site templates are already designed using cold fusion. Students will be able to do a job and/or internship search, and also post resume. Employers will be able to do a resume search, and also post jobs and/or internship. Both the students and employers will be able to sign-up to have an account, however students DO NOT need an account to search jobs. ANY ONE can do a job search, however, they will need an account inorder to post their resume. Please let me know what other add-ons that you can implement to this basic concept. Or if you have already done a project like this, I'd love to see what you have done. This is a Small to large project.
