Need a simple - easy to use webbased billing system. This will need to be integrated as a link to our existing website (Joomla). The program should be web based The program can use either mysql or mssqlserver. The program should look very simple and easy to use. The program should be reliable and should work without failures Basic programming checks should be in place - we expect the programmer to be aware of all the basic entry validations, if any specific validations are required we will communicate that at the time of UAT. The system should be hosted on our server for testing and sign off. We expect the system to be delivered quickly with very little turn around time.
