Autos for sale/trade website

I need to have a website designed for people to be able to submit autos they have that they are trying to trade or sell. Users can make an cash offer or a trade offer. Would also need all Logos and Icons designed for the website. Would need an admin section to manage the website, and also compatiable with paypal because I will be offering free spots and paid spots. Will need the free spots to have a maximum of 2 pictures that can be uploaded which will also create a thumbnail. The paid spots will need to have a maximum of 8 pictures that can be uploaded, with thumbnails being created also. Need the website to be designed in ASP, MS SQL and Javascript where needed. Will need to be in contact with programmer on a daily basis throughout the website design. Will submit websites similiar to what I am looking for upon request.
