The web site need to be developed taking into account SEO and SEM, as these activities will be mandatory in this web site. It need to support multiple languages, starting from English and French. Other will come in the future. The site will be provided with a complete back end, where dedicated persons, after login, will be able to add text (in multiple languages), pictures, .pdf files, software packages to be downloaded, etc. and send newsletters. The backend will also provide an admin panel: this will accessible only from admin and will be used to manage backend user credentials, to check and enable registration requests and to browse among the details (all except username and passwords) of the registered users.
