2 creative pieces based on the novel 'The Lieutenant' by Kate Grenville

This task is based on the book 'The Lieutenant' by Kate Grenville. It requires strong English writing skills and a creative mind I need 2 creative stories written (with symbolism etc) which is based around the book somehow theme wise. It's up to you whether you use any of the characters in the book in the creative piece. They have to deal with issues of internal and external conflicts. The topics /idea raised in each story would be: 1. Conflict is the result of miscommunication 2. In order to resolve conflict, people must accept the challenge to cross new boundaries Each piece needs to be about 800 words, though it can be a bit more. In addition, You will need to write a short statement about each piece pointing out how it deals with the topic, explaining symbolism etc. I will need this completed in 3 days
