C2P4: Creating an Aligned Human Capital Strategy Assessment
Using the experience you gained with the Department of Treasury combined with the results of the interviews you performed in the previous assignment , your task is to use I/O Psychology’s human capital approach to develop a strategic human capital plan. The strategic human capital plan will provide recommendations and implementation suggestions to assist the leaders you previously interviewed to achieve their strategic objectives.
Using the interview information you discovered in previous assignment where you identified the gaps and/or issues with 3 leaders in your organization, now take the results of those interviews and find the patterns that illustrate a systems model. Remember that the systems model perspective includes the environment and context within which the system resides.
Once you have identified the patterns that comprise the issues in your organization:
