Additional developers needed for cross platform mobile app (Cordova, AngularJS, Ionic, AWS)

Hi!
For a startup located in Munich, Germany we need additional developers.
We are looking for a long-term relationship with ongoing work.
We build a Cordova, Ionic cross platform mobile app with focus on IOS for the start.
The backend will be Amazon AWS or NodeJS.
The frontend core will be AngularJs with SASS and if possbile with the Ionic CSS components.
You will develop single modules of the app supervised by me or another team member. We will work with Git in 1-2 weeks agile sprints.
To get started we want you to convert the attached file to valid HTML (if possible with Ionic components).
You could do the implementation as follows:
We will need an ng-repeate repeating over an array with the infos for logos and headlines/sublines. We provide the components as illustrator file and they should be included as svg. Your work will be implemented in an ion-scroll.
I will provide you with further instructions/help and the core system architecture (controllers etc) if you get awarded.
For this get-to-know-you module (or your company) we estimated 6 hours.
