Hi I have a word document I developed for kindle book. When uploaded to Amazon the following issues happen with the book The titles appear in a mixture of upper and lower case letters (there are 23 chapters) The book pages don't appear in the correct place according to the table of contents I don't know how to make the table of contents clickable to take reader to correct part of book The book is 126 pages.
