Directory Website with Future Add Ons Incl. Social Media Types

We are looking to create a referral type website, which all list existing licensed businesses in the US (to add other continents in the future). That is the first stage of the project. Site visitors will be able to log in (temp username and password, which will allow site visitation for 30 days, for a certain dollar amount, IP Address specific, so only one device that they can log in from), and utilize info for 30 days, should not be able to copy and past or share with others, I know we can limit this only so much, suggestions are welcome. This will give the visitor access to credible information. Licensed business profiles will be entered manually by a manager, as they have to make sure that they are legit licensed companies. Profiles will be a one pager. Site will include a modern looking map of the US (needs to be expandable to a world map later on), with the number of registered agencies per state, current, always updated. We will expand from here.
