Android ADB or Shell Expert with linux experience for custom scripts

I have a centos 7 box with many bluetooth dongles which are paired up with rooted android phones. At this time i am only able to ssh to one android phone at a time due to all of them giving dhcp of the same subnet. 1. I want someone to allow me to access all the phones at the same time by either making android into dhcp client or something similar, once done, configure linux to issue ips from router or so. The phones I use are Dash JR Dual sim - set android to always turn on bt tether on boot. I need serveral scripts in python, bash or similar which can do the follwing 1. change default sim for calls/sms/ussd 2 route calls by prefix eg if i send a call 01 -444444 route to sim 1 and if i send 02- 44444 route to sim 2 3. Read current iccid or imsi by sim and display when called 4. download sms with option to delete - download will show iccid/imsi and sim number 5 send sms (working sample can be provided) by sim 6 send ussd and receive ussd (working sample can be provided for this one) by sim - return message will mention sim and iccid or imsi This will be deployed to serveral phones so there must be a easy way to do it
