Android Double Parking Alert App

Create an Android App (jellybean,kitkat,lollipop) It will be a vehicle-double-parked application. What it will do :- -- Alert cars-parked (properly) when someone double parks behind them. What is required in the App :- -- User registration -Email & Facebook connect -- Location Accuracy -- Sound Alert when a double parked car is detected How it works ( for the person who is DOUBLE-parking ) :- -- User registers -- Select option : Properly-Parked OR Double-Parked -- User DOUBLE-Parks the vehicle -- Input the Properly-parked vehicles' Licence Plate number(example: WXY9876Y) ----- Input Licence Plate number again to confirm the correct licence plate -- END How it works ( for the person who is PROPERLY-parking ) :- -- User registers -- Select option : Properly-Parked OR Double-Parked -- User PROPERLY-Parks the vehicle -- Input the their own vehicles' Licence Plate number(example: WXY9876Y) -- END How the Alert will work (based on the above 2 scenario) :- -- PROPERLY-Parked-User will receive notification that there is someone double-parked. ----- They can press ALERT button to send alert-notification to DOUBLE-Parked-user. -- DOUBLE-Parked-user will receive alert from PROPERLY-Parked-User to remove their vehicle.
