I'm looking for a parking management system for Android which can identify vehicle owner by clicking a picture of their vehicle registration number. The app should use QR code and image processing. Suppose the car is parked wrongly in the parking lot.I should be able to send a automatic message/SMS to the owner of the car from their registration number.
