Add voice over to motion presentation. HD video

We have a presentation that is like anexplainer video. We need for a designer to edit the .mov files (8-10 minutes) to add audio voice overs (mp3s). The .mov needs to be adjusted to match the timing of the audio. The audio is cut into small parts, 20 total to better match the slides. The audio needs to be cut into sections. The final cut needs to be done by Thursday 4/26 12PM EST - 4UTC but we will consider Friday 4AM -UTC 4/27 and added to YouTube as an HD file. If time is a factor, we can load as 720 and then send us the HD version. I have a general script outlining the keynote slides and audio. I have some time codes but the script is easy to follow. Thanks
