Create a music video using 2d or 3d animation

Hi there, I need a music video for an Italin song. The song is long 5:00 minutes and is an hard/rock/blues music. I want a video in 2d animation or 3d if you prefer (example [login to view URL]) But the style of the video must be as sin city ([login to view URL]). The song speak about pollution...I want that images follows the words of the song (I give you the italian song with the english translation). The video must be evocative.
