I need a 1-2 minutes animation video. You can use any of the online video makers if you have license. The video would explain the purpose of the website for half the time and explaining how to use it for the other half. I have a script at hand with some dialogue flow (250-300 words approx.). Also, I have ideas of how the frames should look like. I need to know three things: 1) Turnaround time 2) Cost including voice over 3) Only animation costs. Thanks.
