Folder/Betfair API communication interface in C/C++ I am looking to create a utility which monitors a folder for files and, once it detects a file is created, communicates over the betfair API using the data contained within the files. The programmer must be knowledgeable in the Betfair SOAP API, first and foremost, as well as constructing easy-to-use GUI interfaces, and reading and manipulating numeric data contained within csv files. The program would need to have the following settings: Ability to specify the folder being monitored The port on which the data is communicated to betfair The refresh rate of the program (if applicable) The ability to delete files after they have been read and processed The ability to ignore a file which is a duplicate of one previously submitted.
