First Variable: Arc Radius
Second Variable: Arc Lenght
Calculation 1: Move Angle
= Arc Lenght x 360 / 2 x pi x Arc Radius
Calculation 2: Start angle
= 90 - (Move Angle / 2)
Example numbers:
Arc Radius = 32000 Arc Lenght = 3000
Move Angle = 5.37
Start Angle = 87.31
