Change Web Site Target in Google Webmaster Tools

I accidentally set my Geographic target in google webmaster tools ([url removed, login to view]) to the wrong country (I need it to be worldwide) and now I can't get it back which I need to urgently This bid is to get it back to the default worldwide value right away. The only place where the option to set the geographic target is visible is in the settings screen shown in the screen capture. On other sites I was able to go back and change the checkbox but on this one I could not. Presumably it has re-indexed the site already - I need it to change back for the next re-indexing.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
