Correcting Java GUI

We had a java program designed for industrial use. This program was taken and given a more attractive gui by another programmer, however this programmer has disappeared and now we need to resolve this as quickly as possible, either by having a new coder come in and start from scratch based off of the engineer's coding, or pick up on our coder's work and building on it, whichever is cleaner and easier. The coder's work appears to be 75-80% done. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
