We are looking for a friendly customer-oriented professional who could join our team remotely for Customer Care support in 3 languages: Italian, French and Spanish.
- High level or native of: Italian, French and Spanish required. They are required the 3 languages.
- Free schedule for the email answering.
- Phone needs to be available for our customers to call, [login to view URL] 9am to 6pm, monday to friday. We can adapt those hours to your schedule.
- Direct contact with the business managers
The job in total (including time at the phone&email answering) shouldn't take more than 2 hours per day, in average. Some days it can take less and some days more. We will make a balance of hours every week.
So, in average, the dedicated timing should be:
- 2h daily
- 10h weekly
- 40h monthly
