I'm looking for a means of playing a message for inbound callers, and asking them if they'd like a call back if we're too busy to take their call in a timely manner. If the caller agrees, say by pushing 1, then the system should play back the caller ID as the proposed call back number. The system should then allow the caller to accept that number or enter a new number. After the caller hangs up the call back number should be emailed to a predefined email address along with the date and time of the call. The entire process should be able to be toggled on or off using a Day/Night setting.
