Asterisk & IVR Project

I need an expert in ASTERISK that can do this project. Must know a lot about ASTERISK and specifically about its IVR module. The project is regarding the following: I will give a VOIP number to a Company that it can use it as the number to its promotions with their clients. The clients will call this number and the call will be automatically answered by the Asterisk’s IVR. We will provide to the company access to some functionalities of the IVR by a web interface. Each company will have its id access and it can provide to some of its employees access to it, managed by the Admin. Each of these employees will be able to build up their own IVR Tree and upload their messages (recorded by them) to each block of that tree. After that he will be able to remotely activate the Tree in a specific date & Hour. After published, it will be used by the company’s clients where they can, besides use the IVR Tree, leave recorded messages by their phones. The web interface that will be provided to the employee’s company must have these functions: • Be able to build up the Tree by themselves • Upload recording to the tree • Access to some reports • Be able to download the client’s company messages • Report regarding minutes of use by their clients during their calls The Asterisk expert will have to customize the Asterisk to such functionalities and provide access to it by a Web Interface. The language of this web interface will be chosen by the expert, but we prefer to be in PHP if possible, but is not obligated. The chosen is the one that works best with Asterisk.
