Camtasia Superhero Wanted
Yes, I need a real superhero to manage my expanding Camtasia requirements. Initially this will be for a short test project. If successful, you will be given the job of rescuing me from a multi-media nightmare on a long-term basis. The short term project is really a test to see if you have true superhero skills and service levels. .
I run a website where I use an increasing amount of camtasia as part of my marketing and to deliver coaching and training.
I work in a B2B niche and intend to be the number one provider of business growth coaching services to that niche. We are already on our way to achieving that goal and now need to expand our virtual team. I see the use of multi-media as being very important in the growth of our business.
So… what does a Camtasia superhero look like?
Camtasia: This is the core application we use for multi-media. You need to be a true wizard with this application including the new version 5.
Hosting Multi-Media: We need to be using the best and most effective hosting and downloading strategies i.e. S3.
Speed: You can respond fast and are willing to provide contact phone numbers and work on IM as required.
Quality: You have high quality standards. You don’t just do the work, but you check that it performs as it was supposed to.
Team: Ideally, you are a team and not a single individual. You are probably a small team that is very responsive to client needs with no bureaucracy between the client and the team members. I’m open to working with an individual who is not part of a team but would have a concern about back-up if you are sick, on holiday or have family emergencies while I’m in the middle of a project.
English: You have excellent spoken English. This is critical as it speeds up the process and limits misunderstandings.
If you are interested in this project and the potential for a longer term working relationship, please submit your bid with the phrase ‘I’m a superhero’ in the opening paragraph. Assume 5 hours for the initial project. Longer term, it’s going to be more like 20 to 40 hours per month and growing.
This work should be very easy for the right team with the right level of skills.
