Convert DWG files to ESRI Shapefile .shp

I have already done similar project. If you wish I can send you output of this project. I have all resources to convert the drawings with importing all attributes. What I can deliver you: 1- All lines will be converted as line shapfiles with its attributes. 2- All polygons will be converted as polygons shapfiles 3- All point will be converted as point shapefile. 4- All shape files will be collinear and will have not mismatch 5- Text will alos imported as point file and you will be able to label the text in shapefiles. 6- I will also overlay these shapefile on satellite image. Hi This looks like standard digitizing project. I need dwg file to evaluate the complexity of digitizing. But in general, the problem is clear and It can be solved in 3-7 days.

I am a professional GIS and RS expert, with major in GIS and Remote sensing at post graduate level. I have professional certification on remote sensing techniques. I use ArcGIS 10, ERDAS imagine and AutoCAD map 3D to work in cross platform. If you have proper information in the dwg file then, converting them would need less time, however managing the attribute table of the shp file would take more time and also separating each layer would be time consuming. I have done the conversions for my own work and also for my clients (check my profile feedback regarding GIS and Remote sensing). I can do this best as i am a professional GIS expert.
