Designer / draftsman required for shop drawings of custom louvre screens

We are manufacturers of aluminium louvre systems. This project involves taking our standard manually operable Solaris 110mm louvre system and designing a custom support frame around it, including the design of the brackets fixing it back to the house. We have had the basic design started already by a local draftsman but he is overloaded with work and I'm looking for someone to take it on and finish it.
Drawings that will be required are elevations of all the panels, typical sections both horizontally and vertically through the panels, individual part drawings of all components and a bill of materials for the whole project.
Some points to note;
- all the components are aluminium. This means that any box sections, angles flat bars etc that are incorporated into the design need to be shown with even thickness walls and square corners.
- these louvres are acting as protection from falling from the windows behind, and as such need to comply with the balustrade requirements. This means there can be no gaps larger than 100mm wide and everything needs to be strong. We will be getting it independently engineered after the drawings are finished, but need to design it correctly from the start.
- the Solaris 110 louvre blades, end caps, spring loaded axles and link bars are proprietary parts and the details are available from the attached technical data sheet.
- the original design shown on the plans was for a series of flat bars fixed to a box section frame. This design has since been superseded by our product but the drawings have not been updated.
We require one pair of corner panels to be drawn up completely for approval before drawing up and doing the bill of materials for the balance. We will have actual site measures shortly and will issue these after the first draft is approve.
