We need to design an HQ building for our company, we need the structural nndesigns, interior office designs, exterior [login to view URL] project will be built on a piece of land with the dimensions (7.8m x 24m) nnthe interface of the building(entrance) will the long side (24m). We need a 2 nnfloor building. We are going to need it in steel structure, the beams we will nnuse are of dimensions (10cm x 15cm).nWe uploaded a preview AUTOCAD file, specifying the number of offices needed, nwith approximate areas, specifying the neighbor building (where we won't need nexterior looks).nThe first floor will be normal walls with appropriate windows, the second nfloor will be a whole glass exterior (shaped as the letter U, 3 walls and a nneighbor).nIf possible we prefer to reach a deal with a fixed sum not an hourly rate.
