Assist me with Bulk Marketing

In the first instance I need someone who can compile a data base of property owners in Weymouth, Dorset (Surname, initial, full address including postcode, and telephone number,using the phone book/land registry etc) These will then have to be loaded onto an excel spread sheet and labels printed Then I am going to write a personal letter to them all introducing my services.
