We are in need of a customized SalesForce Service Cloud CRM (enterprise level) that is capable of allowing us to automate our customer intake process and customer service processes. Part of this involved connecting FormSite to SalesForce so that contacts/person accounts are created automatically. We may also like to (potentially) connect with Twilio in order to create an in-SalesForce call/messaging center, but are open to other suggestions. Our customer service team needs to receive notifications (whether on dashboard or via popup) when there are new applications, or when existing customers have contacted us, or if there are other tasks to be done. We also need a custom email filter built, allowing us to link specific emails with specific customer/person accounts.
