Things to search for like: The number of childcare and family day care places in the area What is the demand of child care in the area Analysis of competitors that provide family day care services What are countries of birth of most of the residents in the area What are the employment rates between male, females and young people Which schools are in the area What is the average income. You will need to Carry out SWOT analysis of the family day care based on the answers to the questions from the owner of the family day care. You will need to also create a Cash flow analysis base on inputs that will be provided. Experience in Business Plan writing is essential.
