The above bid is based upon the following: 1 - This is a single location retail outlet based upon the supplier products in the websites you provided. 2 - You can provide the terms and conditions of any franchise fees, etc. 3 - While we can provide maps and satellite images of the University and store location we will need you to provide demographics that you used in selecting the location. 4 - we will need any discussions, processes you have gone through in reviewing local competition like Starbucks and diners. Many of these can be handled by simple conference calls but if travel to Mobile is required we will need to charge additional for travel expenses. As far as the proposal, we will be delivering a Business Plan, Executive Summary and a Financial Plan Template (you need at least a template to write the Plan) * - Company Overview, Products plan, Marketing plan, management plan, operating plan are sections within the Business Plan but cannot be construed as complete plans.
