Data Extraction App - Target App looks like MS Access driven app?

I am trying to get data, including images and specs from the program autoquotes, I have a subscription and am allowed to do this but I have to do it manually, one item at a time. I want an app that can either open autoquotes, login, and begin extracting the data I need based on manufacturer. I included a screenshot of the app interface, it appears to be MS Access driven and is a subscription service so the files are NOT stored locally. What I need the app to do: 1)I enter or select a manufacturer for that specific extraction job. 2)The application then logs into Autoquotes with my account info. 3)The application pulls up the selected manufacturer and extracts the displayed data including image and spec sheet (note some items do NOT have images or spec sheets), saves the images and spec sheets, and enters the extracted data into a csv, mdb, xls, etc. file that contains columns for every possible field autoquotes offers (weight/dimensions/description/model number/etc.) 4)The data is then accesible on my PC with a spreadsheet of some kind containg the data and a file folder containing the images/pdfs that were pulled from the listings that contained images/pdfs The image attached has the areas that need to be extracted circled in RED.
