Hello,

I need help with software that can load a spreadsheet of auction postings and automatically post them at an auction website. This is a fairly straightforward emulation of a manual process, instead of posting individually by hand the user will be able to simply post multiple auctions automatically.

This software must be ENTIRELY stand-alone, so for example using .NET is not acceptable as downloading .NET platform updates is frustrating for many users. Software must be just click-and-run, no exceptions.

Budget is set at $300-$1500, to be straight the nearer the bottom of this range the better.
