add barcode scanner to BlackBerry 10 phonegap app

We have a phonegap app ported to BlackBerry 10. All thats missing is the barcode scanner plugin part. Your task is to include the barcode scanner to this app and make it working. As old plugins dont work you would need to recreate them in C/C++. They should be relatively simple to recreate and I do believe the barcode reader is already available at least on the C/C++ level!
