decode .wave to track 2

I want to decode large files Wav files what is taken from audio player whare it is from plastic card to track2 When i decode audio: It need to be with time whare is track recorded with track2 ;1234567890123456=123456789012234 look like this [login to view URL] data 00:01:44 ;83912919289381293=82739173921739712973192 00:03:44 ;93279472947247927=78432379472349 If u want for demo wav file be sure your decooder can get data if the card swipe is not in one sound in the wav can be gaps!!!
