C# programmer is needed(repost)

I need a coder to work on C# project. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POST WITH: 1) Very brief information about your C# skills.
