I am looking for an experienced salesforce programmer to provide a function that will allow us to add numerous case record types to multiple customers via a custom objects in salesforce. For instance I may want to run a report in Salesforce that shows thousands of contacts and then apply a 'TeleMarketing' case record type to all the customers in that report. However the case record type is based on a custom object associated with the contact and the TeleMarketing Case would reside on the custom object. This should be trialled in sandbox.
