Code for logit model with heterogenity

So I have a code in Gauss. I will need that translated to another high level language. Pretty much anything goes. I also need the following to be done: 1) Put in the loyalty term from Guadagni and little into the model. 2) Apply for lagged period i.e. time lagging. It is a logit code. The best people are econometric modelers for this job but I could do with a simple translation as well. 50$ for just the coding and 100$ for the whole problem to be solved.
