Create Visual C++ project from existing C project files

The attached files create two executables, [login to view URL] and uninstaff.exe. I need these files imported into a Visual Studio project so I can alter them slightly and recompile into exe's using Visual Studio. The deliverable of this project is to create two Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 C++ projects that include this sourcecode so I can edit and recompile into [login to view URL] and uninstaff.exe. To test the project, I must be able to compile both projects you create into [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] before I make any changes to the source code. That is to say, I know this sourcecode works now, it needs to work as a VS project. I will not accept .NET projects, these must compile with zero external dependencies (as they do now).
