Develop AVstream minidriver for virtual camera - receive video from Directshow filter

Hi

We have existing directshow filter that renders video frames

We want to have a AVStream driver (can be based on AvsHws) that receive the video frames and sends them (as is) to any user mode application that connects to the driver (such Skype or any video client application). The solution should run also on Windows 8 on Metro mode
