I have a bachelor in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and a minor in Mathematics, with 10+ years of experience with hands-on programming. I have worked for the past year in Microsoft's Advanced Technology Lab in Cairo (ATLC). Kindly check my previous projects for past feedback. I have 3+ years of experience with Matlab and Python, and 5+ years of experience with C++. My experience also includes multi-threaded programming and CUDA. I am a Digital Signal Processing Engineer with work experience of 10+ years. I have done optimizations using multiple assembly languages like ARM Cortex SIMD, Teak, Analog devices Blackfin. TI C64x, starcore. In recent years I have worked in OpenCL and CUDA. Mostly my domiain is video and Audio, but any other domain should not be a problem. Let me know the algorithm. If the effort is going to be less then I will reduce the bid. If the effort is going to be more then we might have to renegotiate. What is your Hardware platform? Is it a GPU? I guess so because you asked for CUDA. Are you open to use AMD GPUs, then OpenCL works better on them.

Hello! I have enough experience (about five years) in CUDA. My Ph.D. thesis in astrophysics related to the using of GPU for simulations of galaxy dynamics(see my portfolio for another example of implementation ACO algorithm on GPU using OpenCL). Many times I have had to deal with acceleration of various algorithms using CUDA and OpenCL, OpenMP and MPI(for cluster computer systems). Taking above into account I think that my skills could be useful for your project.

hi, i have done more then 20 projects in matlab/simulink. I have good experience in code optimization. In my projects the whole algorithm need to be execute <1s for online video tracking system. with proper initialization of array, variables, and reducing the number of functions, intimidate variables, bounding memory for each variable very good speed in matlab can be achieved. i have optimized the code for generating C code TI DSP and STM micro controller that is much faster.

La experiencia, no hay proyecto imposible que no se pueda hacer, mis habilidades en el manejo ́de diferentes herramientas y conocimientos amplios de diferentes lenguajes de programación.

There are different ways to solve your task, and the best way to do it depends on specificity of your code. For example there are build-in instruments in matlab for parallel programming or making calculations on GPU. Other opportunity is to make some functions in C++ and integrate them into matlab. And the last way is to totaly rewrite your code using Python+C++, but the difficulty (and the cost respectively) depends on specific matlab functions you use in your code (Matlab has a lot of functionality which don't have implementation in other languages).
