Compile a small existing C library in Visual Studio (Windows) and gcc (Linux)

I've found a small C library (12kb source, [login to view URL]) i'd like to play with/call, but it doesn't come with a makefile and I'm not good with building C source from scratch, so i just need some help getting it to compile! I basically need you to get it to compile in 1) Visual Studio on Windows, and 2) gcc on linux, and send me the resulting project files and instructions how to compile it, which im guessing might just be a .sh file on Linux. 32bit and 64bit. This should be fairly straightforward if you're good in C as the library itself doesn't seem difficult to build, I'm just not personally experienced enough, and there's already another open-source project ([login to view URL]) that uses this lib practically "as is", and that even includes a Visual Studio solution for it, and comes with instructions for how to build on both Windows and Linux (suggesting there's no problems with the 'portability' of the lib), so that might help you with this port. The only thing missing from the lib (apart from a makefile!) is a "randombytes(*buf, len)" function that it calls, but that's trivial and already written ([login to view URL]) so that should be fairly plug-and-play.
