We need to create a standalone 3D file converter that takes .FBX files and outputs Flare3D .ZF3D files.
FBX is a standard 3D file format. ZF3D is a specialized filetype for the Flare3D Flash engine: it is simply a zipped folder containing an XML descriptor file, textures and vertex and animation binary files.
The conversion must support standard materials (diffuse textures, specular, normal maps), skinned meshes with animation (bones), animated nodes (control points).
I have attached an example ZF3D file. It is opened with the Flare IDE found here:

Install "flare3d [url removed, login to view]" and run the ZF3D file.
The ZF3D file can also be examined in detail by opening it with a zip decompressor like 7-zip or WinRAR. The contained XML file is pretty straightforward and self-explanatory.
The selected candidate must have experience with the inner workings of the FBX 3D filetype and will have to *examine* the attached ZF3D and *get back to me with some feedback*, so that I evaluate his technical background.
